Spring is officially here!!!  I love the warm temperatures and flowers blooming!  Engagement sessions are in full swing before the heat hits us Texans in the summer! I love serving my couples and spending the evening with them to capturing this special season the Lord is bringing them into.  Maggie and Brett are definitely one of those couples that I am blessed to have this dream of mine of capturing and serving others!  I met Maggie and Brett in January and immediately I felt a connection with them! They both love watching football as Brett is a Texas Tech alumni and Maggie is a Texas A&M alumni! These two love spending time with their families and friends out on the boat! Couples like these two make me excited for clients who could be everyday friends in normal life outside of work!

Maggie and Brett, have such a special story! These two met in high school and been together for 6 years. When they graduated, Brett went to Texas Tech and Maggie headed to Texas A&M to pursue their degrees!  They spent the past 4 years, 7 hours apart, but look where they are today! Brett proposed to Maggie on November 11th!  They were surrounded by all their families and friends to celebrate this special day! Now they are planning their wedding for November 30 at The Grand Ivory!

For their engagement session, they wanted a location that was natural and gorgeous! We couldn’t have picked more of a better location for them! Prairie Creek had the waterfalls, bridges, and beautiful lighting! It felt like we had the whole park to ourselves! They were willing to trust me to get into the creek to get some beautiful and intimate images of these two! Maggie and Brett’s smiles radiented between each other!  I am excited to see what the Lord has in store for them as husband and wife!

I can’t wait for November and their gorgeous wedding! Maggie and Brett, thank you for allowing me to part of yalls lives and this special moment. Enjoy getting to know Maggie and Brett via engagement session!

Joyfully,

Courtney
