Fig and Honey Styled Shoot | The Emerson Venue

The Fig and Honey Styled shoot was hosted at the Emerson Venue in Kaufman, Texas! The Emerson is a beautiful modern venue with a southern twist on it! It’s located out in the country with lots of trees with enough space to host your beautiful day!

The chapel is absolutely stunning! It is filled with white pews and is perfect to host an intimate wedding ceremony! It has an authentic, yet a timeless style to captured your special day! There is a lot of natural light that comes in to fill the room with it’s modern fixtures! This would be a beautiful location to have your first look with your soon to be spouse! It’s intimate and a place where you will say your vows to each other!

Amenities

At the Emerson, they have a bridal suite for your closest friends and family to have champagne bottles popping and get your hair and makeup done it. It has a cozy couch and lounge area for you to enjoy before putting on your wedding dress! The groom’s modern cabin is not too far away tucked away with trees surrounding it. The cabin provides the perfect place for the guys to get ready, hang out, and enjoy celebrating their best friend getting married. They also provide the guys with an outdoor entertainment with corn holes and washers for them to play and relax.

The reception place is one of my favorites about the Emerson! It has a modern design and you can host your reception outside or inside! It seats up to 200 people and allows your guests to have cocktails, lounge, and dance the night away celebrating yall!

I had the opportunity to attend a styled shoot hosted by amazing creatives and talented vendors. This styled shoot was called, “Fig and Honey” and it truly was. The colors, the flowers, the couples, and the venue was amazing. The color palette was gorgeous and the design was beautiful portrayed here!
