Oh, Makenzie! I just adored working with Makenzie on her Mae’s Ridge bridal portraits. She honestly made my job super easy and I had a blast photographing this beautiful bride at one of my favorite Johnson City venues. If you know me, you know how much I love bridal portraits! Any chance to wear your wedding gown and get photographed is amazing to me. I think bridal portraits are a lot of fun because we get time to focus on you, the BRIDE! Mae’s Ridge Bridal Portraits

When we were planning Makenzie’s bridal portraits, we discussed the idea of using Mae’s Ridge… and I was sold. This gorgeous modern venue is right outside of Austin and is just perfect! With a barn for wedding days, beautiful fields, and even a wooden swing, it provides all the rustic elements of a Texas wedding venue with a touch of modern design. Makenzie and her beautiful classic wedding gown looked stunning against the fields and architecture at Mae’s Ridge. I’m so glad that we chose to have her portraits here – and that you get to enjoy them now!
