Kaitlyn and Chris are some of the most down-to-earth and wonderful people I’ve ever met. Their Southlake Town Square engagement portraits were relaxed and just so much fun! After getting engaged in June, they kicked off the wedding planning process with their portraits. And I’m so honored I got to be a part of these moments.
In June, Chris set up an elaborate breakfast for Kaitlyn in Bob Eden Park in Euless, complete with her favorite breakfast: Chik-fil-A and Mexican Cokes! Chris got her to the park and had her close her eyes. When they arrived at the table, a friend was secretly snapping photos! Kaitlyn read part of a letter Chris had written and then he read the second half to her. Finally, he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him! It’s SO sweet, isn’t it?! What a truly romantic memory for them both!
We met in the Southlake Town Square for their engagement session. With the beautiful shops around us, we had plenty of gorgeous spots for their romantic portraits. They even brought their pup for a few of the portraits. I absolutely love those ones – look at how happy their fur baby is to be there with them!! After some portraits with their pup, Kaitlyn and Chris changed into their more casual outfits, grabbed some Cokes, and we headed to the waterfront. We wrapped up their session with some cozy portraits along the water. It was the perfect way to end their romantic Southlake Town Square engagement portraits!
