A beautiful spring Kimball Art Museum engagement session to brighten your day! I am so excited to introduce yall to Hope and Conner! These two are high school sweethearts and met in the summer of their senior year!

Engagement Sessions…how it’s different

I have only met Hope through our Facetime consult and I couldn’t wait to meet Conner and her in person. When we finally met this April, COVID-19 was spreading. My engagement sessions right now weren’t going to be the way I always did them. I knew it was going to be a struggle as I love hugging my couples when I meet them, fix their hair, and help them with the poses. My teacher skills from the past were going to come into play during their session. I am going to be honest, it was so hard to not want to hug them or fix hair. Engagement sessions are so special with your photographer and building that genuine relationship with each other.

I have to say though, even though we are in a pandemic, I excited to get behind the camera and photograph at one of my favorite locations. The Kimball Art Museum during this time with all the greenery and it truly felt like we had the place to ourselves!

Conner and Hope met during the summer before their senior year! They both went to Texas A&M and Hope just graduated from there! Connor proposed back in November at College Station. Conner found this pond around College Station and he brought both of their puppies to the proposal site. Hope was surprised and of course she said, “Yes!” Their families and friends surrounded them to celebrate their engagement!

Hope and Conner will be getting marry in September at The Springs Event Venue in Denton, Texas! I am excited and blessed to serve these two during this special season! Conner and Hope, I can’t wait to see the Lord bring yall together as husband and wife and witness your vows to each other! I am so excited to share a few of my favorites from their engagement session at the Kimball Art and Tandy Hills!
