Getting to photograph Sheri and Taylor’s Arlington Hall at Lee Park engagement session is extra special to me because Taylor’s my brother! And I’m honored they asked me to capture this beautiful Dallas session for them. I can’t wait to welcome Sheri into the family officially!!!

Sheri and Taylor met through Bumble and realized they’d been crossing paths in the parking lots between the Dallas Police Department and Marshall’s offices. Because of Bumble, they were able to finally connect and have their first date! They hit it off right away – especially because they were proud together of the oaths they took in uniform. Side note, I’m EXTRA proud of them for that!!!! They do SUCH a hard job every day. Anyway! After realizing they were meant to be, Taylor proposed to Sheri on the day of her DPD graduation. He gathered everyone close to them in May for a rooftop party and popped the question. We couldn’t be more excited for them!

Arlington Hall at Lee Park Engagement Session

I absolutely love photographing sessions at Arlington Hall at Lee Park. It’s a truly gorgeous historic spot in Dallas and yet it feels so modern and fresh. We spent most of Sheri and Taylor’s session here, exploring before heading to the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge to wrap up. It’s such a gorgeous view of the city skyline! I loved being able to spend time with these two and hear all about their plans for their The Nest at Ruth Farms wedding day. Honestly, it was just fun to celebrate the two of them, especially because Taylor’s my brother. I am beyond excited for this next phase of life for him! He truly couldn’t have picked a better woman!
