I hope you’re not feeling overloaded by all of the gorgeous Charleston photos I’ve been sharing lately on the blog! I’ve got another one for you today. I’m so excited to be sharing this Lowndes Grove wedding day styled shoot with you! This styled shoot took place in one of my favorite places in Charleston!!! (PS. If you’re a fan of Outer Banks on Netflix you’ll see some familiar locations from the show in today’s blog!).

Charleston Bridal Look

I started the styled shoot with our gorgeous bridal model! She looked incredible in a fun, textured wedding gown with a ruffled skirt. To bring in a pop of color, her bouquet featured lots of purple flowers with pops of pastel pink. I photographed her on the enclosed veranda of Lowndes Grove, where she had plenty of room to twirl and move in that gorgeous gown. The black and white floor is so iconic and was a nice contrast to her gown, too. Before long, we were able to photograph her at the sweetheart table. I’m still so obsessed with the stunning floral arrangements around the table from Violet Rose Floral. The different heights made everything SO fun to photograph!!

After that, I moved into the details for the day. Our incredible vendor team designed an outdoor reception site with lots of yellow and pink roses. With the water in the background, it was to die for!!  The place settings were made of vintage gold-rimmed plates and light pink accent pieces. Everything was stunning.

We wrapped up the shoot with our model couple by another beautiful floral installation from Violet Rose Floral! The yellow and pink roses were brought into an arch for our couple to stand over. The bride also held a simple bouquet with a long yellow ribbon, and I just love that simple way of tying everything together. This spot on the property at Lowndes Grove is so beautiful and a great ceremony option for couples tying the knot here.
