Oh my goodness, I just adore Megan and Triple! Their sweet summer engagement session at the Kimball Art Museum was so much fun and I loved the chance to get to know these two sweethearts better. We had fun exploring one of my favorite places in Dallas at sunset and I’m just so honored to be the one documenting their love story!
Megan and Triple met online and Triple asked Megan about the best queso recommendations in Dallas (since she said the way to her heart is queso and margaritas!). It took a few weeks for them to schedule their first date, but they finally got together and it was definitely love at first swipe. They talked til 11pm (on a Tuesday night!!) and immediately got a second date planned. From there, they became pretty much inseparable.
Triple proposed to Megan the day after Thanksgiving while they were visiting her family’s lake house. While they were on a walk around the lake, Triple began talking about how she’d changed his life for the better. Before she knew it, he was down on one knee. Triple planned the proposal so that their families could get together – and that was the first night that everyone met. They all celebrated together and it was the perfect way to toast their engagement!
By now, it’s pretty obvious that I LOVE the Kimball Art Museum. When Triple and Megan reached out to schedule their session, I was so happy when we settled on this spot. There’s just SUCH a great variety around this one spot. And the gorgeous little field outside the museum is easily one of my favorite places to end a session. Megan brought two great outfits for the session. Her country chic dress and cowboy boots were the perfect way to wrap our time together.
Congratulations again Megan and Triple! I can’t wait to celebrate with you at Willow Creek next year when you become husband and wife. You are definitely made for each other and I know you’re going to have a beautiful life together!!
