As much as I adore being a wedding photographer here in Dallas, there’s something really beautiful about the relationships and friendships I make with the incredible families I photograph. The Moore family is one of those special families. I met them while I started doing Christmas Truck Minis almost 2 years ago. I recently ran into Bailey while we were at the park and she mentioned wanting to get more photos of her family and their adorable daughter, Scout. We quickly coordinated spring family portraits at Murrell Park and it was a great time!

Although we originally planned for a session in March, the weather here in Texas got the best of us. Thankfully, we were able to get rescheduled so they could have new photos. This family is just SO sweet. I can’t get enough of them. Scout is growing up so quickly and she was a joy to photograph. 

Bailey chose all white for their outfits and I have to say I love the choice. Everyone looked so wonderful. Bailey’s dress had some pattern on it, which gave the perfect pop of variety in their group family photos. Seriously, I might have her coordinate my next family photos – she’s got such a great eye! And Scout’s dress was so much fun. She was able to twirl and create some movement in her images. I love giving kids the chance to play and still capture classic images for their parents.
