I am so excited to show yall Robbie and Allison’s fall engagement session at Prairie Creek! These two are two of the sweetest people I have had the chance to know! When I met Allison and Robbie at one of my favorite coffee shops, I couldn’t believe how much we sat and talked! It felt like we were friends already! I absolutely adore these two! They have one of the kindest souls as a couple and just love each other!

Prairie Creek Park in Richardson, Texas set the most beautiful backdrop for Robbie and Allison. It is filled with several spots including this beautiful location and a waterfall!

How they met…

Allison and Robbie met through college! His mom told him before he left for college that he would meet his wife there, while my mom told me that I would meet the one my junior year in college.

Sure enough Allison saw a tweet of his about an upcoming rugby game and I liked it, Robbie messaged her immediately while she was at a birthday dinner for a friend. Allison ignored Robbie’s message for a while and then eventually replied.

Robbie and Allison liked to say they’ve been together ever since, but truthfully Allison seriously friend zoned him. They had their first date in December of 2015, a little over a month after meeting, and they have been together ever since. Robbie proposed on December 31, 2018 where he surprised Allison with her best friend in town, Cully!

They headed out to dinner and to Glade Parks close to their place! Allison rounded the corner and saw a farm sign that said, “Will you marry me!” At first, she thought she stumbled upon someone’s proposal only to realize when she turned around, Robbie was down on one knew! It was truly one of Allison’s favorite days!

I love Allison’s quote, “Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite!” Allison and Robbie’s special day will be celebrated in December at One Preston Events! I am excited for what the Lord has in store for you two! You can check out more engagement sessions here!
