This past Tuesday night, I went to the Southern Social Launch Party here in Texas! I was nervous to go as I haven’t attended an event like this before. I am always at home with my kiddos and hubby and rarely get out to events. So, I knew I wanted to go and meet other creatives in the industry and enjoy a night out with friends!

The launch part was held at The Brik Venue in Fort Worth. Melissa Shook put on a party at the launch! She had an amazing DJ for us to dance, a cocktail hour with appetizers, and full of desserts! The room was full of over 200 creatives within the wedding industry! So many creatives to celebrate the launch of issue 4! I couldn’t have been more excited for this issue!

I have been keeping this a secret for the past 2 months after submitting Brett and Maggie’s winter wedding at The Grand Ivory. These two wed this past November and it was a beautiful day! I am so excited to see their special day published!

Talented Vendors

I worked with amazing and talented vendors for their wedding! Wedding coordination was planned by J.Scotts Events and florals were done by Petals Couture! Their wedding was held at the beautiful venue The Grand Ivory where their ceremony overlooked the rolling hills! These talented vendors made Brett and Maggie’s vision come true for their special day!

Maggie and Brett, thank you for allowing me to serve yall and I am so excited to see your wedding in The Southern Social. It was truly an honor to have yalls wedding in this beautiful magazine!
